I don't really care one way or the other...but you Mac owners out there think you're better than us!

Dear Playa Hater,

As a Mac-Head I can tell you 3alek bel 3afya. I was like you a total PC buff and never used a Mac until I decided to buy a laptop. The rest is history... all I know is.. I don't wory about spyware, viruses or computer crashes.. cuz it doesnt do any and its compatible with all PC files.

Bu to be fair ...Longhorn was an ambitious project to begin with...but it has been long-delayed and scaled back. It will offer windows users 64 bit compatabilty and new user interface as well as better file searching. ALL OF WHICH ARE AVAILABLE on the mac.

But I guess you want to wait another year...for Windows.

Truly,
Misguided

Dear Misguided,

Reference to your comment made on July 23, 2005 (9:00 PM) with relation to a post I posted on July 22, 2005 (8:30 PM).

I too bought a Mac just to find out what all the hoopla is about….I found no hoopla…crashes and incompatibility gave me a headache and made me go back to my HP mega laptop.

Like I said in the post I don't really care one way or the other…but sometimes we Windows users feel that Mac-ers think we have a second head and look at us oddly.

Another thing is that I have a dimwit friend who’s main reason for buying the new iBook was that it’s white, and he was so impressed with the fact that it’s white….hence the dimwit description.

Respectfully yours,
Playa Hater
